Rain’s entertainment label Rain Company shared a photo of a coffee truck on the set of “Ghost Doctor” on Instagram on Wednesday, December 22. The colorful food truck is a gift from actress Kim Tae Hee for her husband, Rain, who is part of the lead cast of the new drama.
The social media post comes with the caption “Ding dong! A coffee truck with love has arrived on the set of ‘Ghost Doctor.’”
A message posted on the horizontal banner mentioned the name Rain’s character in the upcoming drama, saying “He’s a genius, but if you get to know him, he’s a klutz! I’m rooting for Cha Young Min!” Meanwhile, the vertical banner says “Actress Kim Tae Hee is rooting for actor Jung Ji Hoon (Rain’s real name) and the entire cast and crew of ‘Ghost Doctor’!”
“Ghost Doctor” is a fantasy medical series that will center on the lives of two doctors who have very different skills, background, and personality. but they eventually end up sharing bodies and spirits.
Rain’s Cha Young Min is the intelligent yet serious thoracic surgeon, while Kim Bum’s character Go Seunt Tak is the carefree resident born in a rich family. Other cast members include Apink member Son Naeun as emergency room intern Oh Soo Jung and Uee as Cha Young Min’s ex-girlfriend Jang Se Jin. The upcoming drama is being directed by “Heirs” helmer Boo Sung Chul.
“Ghost Doctor” will premiere on tvN on January 3 at 10:30 p.m. KST.
