
Yoo Teo’s Covid-19 test turns out positive, his agency confirms.
C-JeS Entertainment, the agency that handles the actor’s career, released a statement regarding his current medical condition.
The statement reads:
“Actor Yoo Teo was notified of confirmation of COVID-19 on the morning of the 4th. On the 1st, Yoo Teo tested negative at the airport coming back from his filming in the U.S. However, as he had a fever, he underwent testing again which came back as positive.”
The 40-year-old actor traveled to the US to film an upcoming Hollywood movie called “Past Lives.”
The entertainment agency also revealed that Yoo Teo will immediately take a break from his current commitments due to his condition. The statement also revealed that the actor’s family and every team member who had a direct interaction with him will be tested as soon as possible. “We will actively follow the instructions and procedures of the quarantine authorities,” the agency also stated.
Yoo Teo, who first made a name for his award-winning movie roles in “The Moment” and “Leto,” also appeared in several noteworthy dramas. He has a cameo appearance in “Arthdal Chronicles” in 2019. He also appeared in other dramas like “Money Game” and “The School Nurse Files.”
The actor was last seen on the travel-reality show “Honeymoon Tavern.”
