Again My Life’s silver screen adaptation will star two blockbuster Kdrama actors Lee Joon Gi and Kim Ji Eun. Soompi reported that the two would be the main leads for SBS’ new drama. Both actors’ labels confirmed the announcement made on Xportsnews.
Han Chul Soo, famous for working on “Graceful Family,” will be the director. “Again my Life” is a novel by Lee Hae Nal, with a webtoon version.
The plot focuses on a young prosecutor’s reincarnation and a second chance in achieving justice for the second time after failing to do so against a powerful, corrupt person. Lee Joon Gi plays the male lead Kim Hee Woo. From having the poorest grades in high school, he reached far by becoming a martial arts athlete and excelling in the bar exam. However, he ends up dead in an investigation against a politician. Then, he had a second shot at life.
Kim Ji Eun plays the role of Kim Hee Ah. She is the youngest daughter of a CEO and a known genius, and she becomes enamored with the male lead.
